WARNING: QUICK THOUGHTS IS A SCAM

I had previously highly recommended the Quick Thoughts app. I spent many hours answering surveys for them. Then, when I attempted to cash out for iTunes points, I received the message that there was a "problem" with my account. I sent them a message, assuming that they could get it resolved quickly.
In the meantime, I discovered that one could also download the app for Amazon, and I thought, "Why not?"
In point of fact, one is not allowed to have accounts for two different platforms. That error was mine. Had this been pointed out, I would have deleted the newer account. However, there was already a "problem" with my account when I only had the iTunes account, which, again, I had used for many hours and had taken many surveys for them, accruing a lot of points. The "problem" occurred when I tried to spend the points.
They took more than a month to get back to me about the "problem" with my account. Here is their sketchy reply.

Hi Cara,

We apologize for the delay.

Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.

As a member of our program, you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules, we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time, your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Abigail

Here is my reply to them.
Right. After participating in your program for a long time and accruing a lot of points, you will not allow me to utilize those points.
I was not aware that you couldn't have the account for two platforms and thought it might be nice to have it for Amazon as well, which I use more often than iTunes.
You might have just told me that I couldn't have two accounts. I would have deleted the newer one.
This is a nasty way of not paying people what they are owed. I spent many hours answering surveys for you. The least you could do is compensate me for the surveys I did fill out by allowing me to use the points on the account associated with iTunes. Of course, you will probably not be so forthright.
This is, in my opinion, a scam. I have a blog where I share survey programs and other ways for people to make and save money. You may rest assured that I will be rescinding my previous good review of this program and warning people to stay well away.

"Accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity." What the hell does that even mean, Abigail?
Never mind. What it means is that Quick Thoughts is more than happy to utilize your time, but when it comes to compensation for your time, they will be more than happy not to pay you for your work.
Stay away from this scam app.
I apologize for recommending it to you.

Here is a copy of the review which I wrote for Survey Police:

I spent literally hours filling out surveys on Quick Thoughts. I really liked the platform. It was easy to use and they gave me lots of surveys. But when it came time to cash out, suddenly there was a "problem" with my account.
I contacted support and waited for literally a month before receiving this sketchy reply.

"The accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity" is a vague way of saying "we aren't going to compensate you for the work you did.
I answered their surveys honestly, and, as attentiveness goes, this was my go-to app until they decided to screw me and not compensate me for my time.
Do not download this app.
